To whom it may concern, We had been casualy looking at homes in the San Diego Country Estates with another agent and counln't get excited about anything. We met Paul Tarr at an open house and found that he was knowledgable in home improvement and construction as well as the Ramona home market. Paul discribed how we could do improvements on a home that we were buying and include the cost in our purchase loan. This opened up many options. We bought an older house with a big kitchen and by close of escrow the home had been painted inside and out, had new carpet installed, been plumbed for gas, and had a new viking range and hood, and Bosch dishwasher and wine cooler installed. It was now perfect! Best of all, the $25,000 in improvements only cost us an additional $5,000 cash at close of escrow.
